Tonight I made Huddo a really simple Chicken dish. And even though it was a puree, I wanted to eat some!
Ingredients:
100g Diced Chicken
1 potato (peeled and chopped roughly)
2 carrots (peeled and chopped roughly)
1/4 of a butternut pumpkin (peeled, chopped roughly)
1/2 cup of peas
1/2 cup of cous cous
1 cup of vegie stock
1 clove of garlic
knob of butter
Method:
1)Put all ingredients into a pot. Cook on medium heat until soft (may need to add a bit of water to just cover veg but not too much that have to drain any liquid before pureeing)
2)Puree to desired consistency.
3)Divide into containers. Yuuuuummmm....
