Before I had Hudson I worked as a Sales Rep for vitamin company and as much as my first preference is getting nutrients from great foods as part of a healthy diet I'm a fan of 'topping the tank' with some good quality supplements. And due to still breastfeeding I particularly like to do this!
So I give you my favourite snack ...
4 tablespoons of Vaalia French Vanilla Yoghurt with 1/2 cup of mixed berries & a teaspoon of either Grainfields Australia 'Grains & Greens' or 'Super Greens' I have both of these supplements and I've mentioned them previously as I sometimes mix them in with a smoothie for breakfast. I'm a bit of a sook with powders particularly if they aren't very tasty and I try to just mix with water and drink it but I much rather taste a tinge of it in yoghurt or a smoothie! Troy just has the yoghurt and fruit as he isn't big on the powders, I get him to take 'Swisse Men's Multi' but that's because Ricky Ponting is the ambassador for Swisse! (Troy is a MASSIVE cricket fan)
Yesterday Troy was able to come home for lunch so I cooked Chicken Curry and dinner last night was this! (Troy had Noodles also).
