Some Mid-Week Motivation...

In serious 'spring clean' mode this week....

Right at the back of my cupboard was these pair of shorts. A pair of shorts that I was devastated on New Years Day when I could barely do them up. And even though I moved house in February and have tidied up and gone through my clothes several times over the last 8 months these were the 'dreaded pair'...yet the turning point for me.

I was on holidays down in Adelaide and the heat wave was in full swing. I had reluctantly bought these shorts the month before Christmas because none of my other shorts fit me.....The first time in my life I bought a size 14. (Australian). And by New Years Day they were tight. I had a bit of a cry in private in the bathroom when I was getting ready. Wiped the tears put on some makeup....and a baggy dress. :/

Well I saw them last night. Put them on this morning OVER my workout pants...

Nothing more needs to be said..



I'm one very happy Australian size 8 girl now! :) So one question for you... "Have you exercised this week and been eating lean protein, plenty of  fruit & veg, oats and EFA's?" :)
